Undervisningopplegg i engelsk for VG1 studiespesialiserande

Dette er eit undervisningsopplegg i engelsk for vg1 studiespesialiserande. Omfanget er 5 økter á 80 min., i tillegg til at elevane må berekne jobb i studietida og heime. Elevane skal jobbe i grupper på 4, og dei får ei tidsramme på 20 minutt til sjølve presentasjonen. I tillegg skal elevane publisere presentasjonen på klassebloggen og få kommentarar frå medelevar. Ved å dele presentasjonen på denne måten, vil elevane lære om både sitt eige og andre sine emne.

Elevane vil verte vurderte ut i frå følgjande læreplanmål:

Mål for opplæringen er at elevene skal kunne:                     

ü  produsere sammensatte tekster i digitale medier

ü  uttrykke seg skriftlig og muntlig på en nyansert og presis måte, med flyt og sammenheng

ü  velge og bruke egnede lese- og lyttestrategier til å finne informasjon i muntlige og skriftlige tekster

ü  velge og bruke egnede skrive- og talestrategier tilpasset formål, situasjon og sjanger

ü  velge og bruke innhold fra ulike kilder på en selvstendig, kritisk og ansvarlig måte

ü  drøfte sosiale og kulturelle forhold, samfunnsforhold og verdier i flere engelskspråklige land

ü  bruke et bredt utvalg digitale og andre hjelpemidler, inkludert ettspråklige ordbøker, på en selvstendig måte

Dette er ein del av eit IKT-studium for lærarar i den vidaregåande skulen, og vi skal spørje etter innspel til arbeidet vårt. Eg ville dermed sett stor pris på innspel og kommentarar frå andre - både engelsklærarar og andre interesserte.

ü  An explanation why people left Europe and came to the US

ü  Where they settled

ü  Different difficulties they faced when coming to the US

ü  A presentation of important events and people, e.g. Rosa Parks, the “I have a dream”-speech.

ü  A brief description of the segregation and laws that were a part of the US at this time

ü  The Ku Klux Klan

ü  A presentation of historic persons related to stories of Indians, e.g. Geronimo, General Custer, etc.

ü  Explain how these had an impact on people and society around them and helped shape America.

ü  Your solution to some of these problems.
